Bob is a very knowledgeable AC technician. He was efficient yet thorough in the preventive maintenance of our 2 units. He was friendly and shared his knowledge of our unit’s performance. He was very complimentary of the tech who installed our new units last year and the new duct work. Francisco was the lead on the outstanding install Bob speaks of.
