AC performance tuneup times one system. Inspect blower, evaporator and ductwork. Current evaporator coil has sprung a leak. It is possibly 2 to 3 pounds low on refrigerant. Adding refrigerant today would not be a wise decision, because it would leak out before summers end. Given the age of the system my recommendation today is to change out the complete system. System is 15 years old.
