Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thorough explanation of all options
We hired AC Pros to replace our AC systems and they did a phenomenal job. Ray, Casey, David, and Solomon (our installation team) were super professional, respectful and efficient. Rafael, our initial evaluation technician, took the time to evaluate our situation and make a solid recommendation. Rafael stuck with us as we deliberated making this decision and researching other companies. He's great to work with. We are very pleased with our decision to use AC Pros and will highly recommend them to anyone seeking AC repair or installation services. Thank you!
Craig Morton, the service tech, checked the system, found everything running well. Nice guy.
8AM-10AM window. Technician came at 1100. Would be nice to get a heads up when they can’t make the window time.
Joel did a great job! Difficult diagnosis starting out, and he got it figured out, and my AC running!
Very nice. Even worked in the rain. Above and beyond.

Giving customer the option to add more insulation which will help unit to maintain a better temperature in home, also giving the option to upgrade unit to a 5 ton that way it can handle with lower temperatures in home. Drain clear underneath bathroom sink. Helped homeowner pour drain-o down that sink to check if that would clear the clog before a plumber has to get involved. That seemed to get the job done.

Performed two system ac maintenance. Both builder carrier hvac systems from 2015. Downstairs is cooling great, upstairs has a confirmed refrigerant leak at copper line and busted evaporator coil. Checked to see where the dripping was coming from drain line was not clogged the door to the air handler was loose and also the sleeve that catches the water from the evaporator coil was sticking out and accumulating water at the bottom of the air handler and air was pushing the water outside of the air handler into the emergency drain pan Remove door made correction to the sleeve placed door back to where it goes and screwed in tightly and sealed with aluminum tape poured about 6 ounces of drain solve down the primary drain just to ensure the primary drain was not clogged. Removed excess water from the secondary drain pan .
