Completed with no cool on a 2019 Goodman gas horizontal in attic 4 ton, unit cooling upon arrival. Found attic low on insulation and unit having a hard time to keep up with temperature, short on return, needs additional 16 inch return, high voltage wire is undersize currently has a #10 gauge and needs at least a #8 gauge. Giving customer the option to add more insulation which will help unit to maintain a better temperature in home, also giving the option to upgrade unit to a 5 ton that way it can handle with lower temperatures in home. Unable to talk to customer since she was in call. Called husband but I wasn't able to get hold of him.
