Joel was very courteous but went straight to work. He helped me get started on reconnecting my wifi and thermostat ap. While I completed that he inspected both of my units and tested my carbon monoxide monitor.

Disconnect was never turned on after the maintenance. Turned it back on and system is cooling now.
Performed one system maintenance. All checked out fine, aside from thermostat was not picking up the y1 initially. Reconfigured the ecobbe so it could pick up the y1. System cooling perfectly.
Came out for no cool found bad capacitor at the blower motor. I didn't have a 10mfd on my van. Coil was frozen. Return tomorrow to replace capacitor.
Upon inspection found no issues at this time but advised homeowners that the main system will struggle this summer do to low refrigerant charge (R22)...homeowner elected to wait til later in the season to charge.
Competed with no cool on a 2022 american standard with 2014 Lennox furnace and evaporator coil gas horizontal in attic. Found restricted evaporator coil with txv. Gave the option to do minimum repairs, or complete unit upgrade with additional 13 inch return.
Upon inspection found no issues at this time, tested pressures, delta,and SH,SC to balance.

Two systems cooling tune up. Tested pressures, subcooling, compressor amps, and fan amps. Inspected contactor and capacitor. Recommended contactor and capacitor
One system heating tune up. Inspected blower, furnace, ductwork, and safety devices. Tested for carbon monoxide and gas leaks. System is working properly at this time. Changed filter 20x25x4 Ms. Barnard said she found black particles throughout home. Found that supply ductwork is old brittle and starting to breakdown, duct work is also coated with growth and bacteria. Recommended ductwork replacement
Preformed the fall maintenance on the 2 systems. The heatphm9 system is operating properly at this time. The main system has rust that will lead to a Crack on the heat exchanger, the evlaporator coil is dirty. Consideration for system replacement should be done soon.
Performed 1 system gas heat check up. Horizontal in attic. Talked to homeowner about where he could find better 20x30x1 air filters. Currently using merv 1 every 30days. Oddball size. Furnace in the attic is heating well. Only 2 yes old. Cleaned flame rod, confirmed all motors are working properly. Condensating furnace has a clear drain line and good slope. No issued for furnace. Set back to cooling and condenser turned back on.

Found capacitor dead on the upstairs system replaced system is working at this time inform the customer about getting a maintenance membership done she will do so and give the office a phone call for time and availability
Performed ac maintenance on both the trane main system. 5 ton r22 from 2005. Noticed that the evaporator coil had oil stains and was rusted. Performed electronic leak search, leak detector sounded off on the indoor coil at multiple spots. System is still operating at this time. Multiple small leaks. Let homeowner know to start preparing for system replacement. The other system services the detached shop behind the home. That system is cooling great. Washed out both condenser coils. Replaced air filter
