AC performance tuneup times five systems that started in May. I was delayed due to the weather. All of inside was completed on previous visit filters change, drains cleared inspections. Check charge on units. I added 3 lbs R 410 A to the older units that is in the basement. Upon arrival I did a carbon monoxide test on The basement unit. Found for parts per million when heater is running and second stage. Not an emergency but advise Jeannie that System will more than likely need to be changed next year.I also used wood from the basement to level out all four condensing units.
Return today to do leak search on zone system. Turn system off and let the pressures equalize. Detected a leak with a electronic leak detector in the evaporator coil. Coil is still under parts and labor warranty with Trane. Misty or Holly to call when evaporator coil comes in. Still waiting on Low pressure cut out switch for outdoor unit. System is cooling properly at this time. Advise client there is a $150 warranty processing fee once the coil comes in.

Also talked to customer about the importance of having surge protectors, declined repairs at this time. Also customer is paying today for filters. And he is renewing gold membership

Trying thermostat I installed on July 13th 2020 has malfunctioned. I jumper Dar 2W and the heat came on as it should. Put on a used 602 thermostat that Stacy is happy with. System is heating properly at this time.
All systems working properly in heat mode. The furnace under the house that serves the living room has a lot of rust inside of the burner compartment, as well as inside of the heat exchanger, inside and outside of the inducer draft motor, on the burners, and on the high limit switch. There is a large leak in The foundation under the house that is most likely The cause of the rust. The furnace serving upstairs had 8ppm of carbon monoxide inside of the supply plenum. I would recommend doing testing on these furnaces to check for a crack in the heat exchangers. We will also need to bring two 20x25x4 filters for the upstairs and living room systems.
Work completed. Temperatures are holding and registers were replaced.
Managed to get system up and cooling but it continues to show eev issues cause bybit stepping down. Need to return at a time that allows for Trane support
