AC Pros have delivered in all aspects. Unfortunately twice now I have found myself with an AC unit that wasn’t working properly. AC Pros were able to fit me i to the schedule for the day and the technician was great. Joel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got right to work diagnosing the issue. Quickly relayed to me the issue he found, resolution and cost. My AC is not cooling again!

Performed one system ac carrier infinity 2020. No issues cooling. Recommended homeowner purchase Honeywell slim fit 20x25x4 air filters for next visit. The two inch filter is still fairly clean.

Came out for no cool. FOUND BAD CONTACTOR AND REPLACED IT. TRANSACTION #1323
2-16x25x4 3- 20x25x4 AC performance tuneup times five systems. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Drains are flowing at this time. All refrigerant levels are good at this time. Supplied and changed out all five filters. Systems are cooling at manufacturer specs at this time.
Checked for gas leak. Found gas leak. Fixed gas leak. Gas leak gone inside furnace closet.
Completed with ac 1 on a 2007 trane gas horizontal in attic 4 ton, found unit partially working due to low r22 refrigerant levels, evaporator coil very rusted, blower motor leaking oil, fan motor over heating with start up amps from the very high melting wires and fan motor overheating. Giving the option to do all preventative repairs or replacement due to cost of repairs and being r22 unit. Left estimates for unit replacement. Customer needs a little bit of time to make a decision.
Unable to duplicate the issue reported by the homeowner. Fan staying on continuously. Could have been a mistake by the homeowner or roommate. System operating both heating and cooling.
Dispatch for a no cool. Arrived to find condenser not running. Condenser fan motor was seized up and the bearings were faulty. Went to supply house and got new motor and installed. I am leaving estimates for completes 2 ton York and Trane. System is 25 years old If Todd replaces within 30 days two days invoice will be credited to whichever system he chooses.
Preformed the spring maintenance. Found the system to be 24 years old. System is operational at this time but needs alot of upgrades to be effective. Amps are well over what they should be. Customer needs time to think about it and prepare for it.
Preformed the spring maintenance. Found the condensor wires to be chewed through and the transformer to be popped while testing the system. Temp fixed the wires and replaced the transformer. This is due to the age of the unit for the fuse to not be popped. The compressor is making a loud noise intermittently and is a sign that it is nearing failure. The furnace has a bend due to age and the unit needs a hung rite added into it. Customer mentioned the evap coil is producing a dirty sock smell, recommend a reme halo and duct cleaning, with a coil cleaning to fix this. With all the fore mentioned issusrs recommend looking towards replacing soon. Customer is going to reach back out soon if they would like an estimate.
Complete Changed air filter and cleared air filter message on the thermostat. $65.00 by MasterCard
Inspected all wiring to heat exchanger. System is working properly at this time. If system trip the circuit breaker again, recommended replacing 30 amp circuit breaker for system. Homeowner will contact office if system has any problems.
Protect thermostat, circuit boards, and ecm motors. Recommended two surge protectors air handler and condenser unit
Complete One system no heat. Found the the ingniter was weak and bad flame sensor. Installed flame sensor, system has a temporary universal ingniter. Will return to install OEM ingniter this week. I collected $915.96 by master card. No other fees to be collected upon return. ***Please order OEM ingniter*** Carrier Model # 58PHB110-10120 Serial # 3717A24071 Returned 1/11/24 to install ingniter, tested system heating.
