Great customer service beginning with scheduling our appointment all the way through fixing our problem with our HVAC unit. The technician arrived on time and was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and took time to fully explain what the problem was and what was required to repair our units. No cool call, found bad blower motor, gave option to replace out of warranty motor pr replace whole furnace and get a new warranty, homeowners choose to replace furnace, it will also match coil and C/U Will pay upon completion
Completed with no cool on a 2016 Lennox merit 3.5 ton gas horizontal in attic out of warranty. Upon arrival found unit cooling, found ecm blower motor shaking on start up showing sings of failure, compresor start up amps very high already meling wires outside. Giving customer the option to do all preventative repairs, minimum repairs or complete unit upgrade. Customer approved to add compressor saver to help compressor for and will think about replacing unit.
3 system maintenance Master/1999 goodman 3 ton, r22 unit,wearing out, possible leak, pressures were low, but it is cold outside. Blower motor has oil and dust on motor, bad duct design. Front downstairs 1999 goodman 3 ton, r22, wearing out as well, pressures were a little better, blower amps starting to get high, oil and dust on motor, amps on compressor getting high. Upstairs 2022 American standard, running good, temp split optimal, pressures good and electrical components are good as well.
Completed with no cool on upstairs 3.5 ton gas horizontal in attic r22, found unit very low on r22. Customer is not interested on anything other than estimate to replace complete unit. Left estimates. Customer not ready to move forward at this time since she needs to talk to husband. I'll be getting with manager to get customer a better price along with financing
Replaced 3 capacitors under parts warranty. Charged for labor only.
Customer called about a loud noise coming from behind daughter’s bathroom sink. I confirmed the noise was the primary drain line draining water loudly and shaking the pvc. I added an air Tee behind the p trap and the noise went away.
Ac2 maintenance Indoor units: checked blower motor, checked all electrical connections and wiring, changed filters, cleared condensation lines, checked delta t, checked all ductwork and attic insulation Outdoor units: checked fan motor, checked compressor, checked all wiring and electrical connections, checked pressures/sub cooling and superheat, cleaned outdoor coils
Completed with estimate to replace a 3 ton complete gas. Left estimates with customer. Need to get with manager for better deal.
Performed two system maintenance. Both amana from 2011. The coil for downstairs looks like it got replaced in 2022. No issues today. Homeowner is on top of his filters. Rinsed off condenser coils.
Completed with ac 3 on 2023,2019 and 2006 all gas horizontal in attic. All units cooling properly at this time of check up. 2006 unit not in great shape will need to upgrade very soon due to age and parts not being in good shape.
Came out for no cool. Customer has had multiple issues in past previously. Found the contactor was comprised mechanically. It was engaged at the low voltage coil bit one of the metal contacts was sideways so it wasn't able to make proper contactor so the high voltage could pass through to energize the compressor. I fixed it system is back cooling. Ran diagnostic and system is low on refrigerant and the Amp draw on compressor high for unknown reason at the time. Also customer showed me old contactor was burned up at the highvoltage terminals. Other than the listed issues I saw nothing else.
Completed with ac 1 on a 2022 american standard gas horizontal in attic 5 ton. Unit cooling properly at this time of check up. Replaced filter.
Performed ac maintenance. Air filters from 11/23 are still clean. Delta t are 22 and 23 degrees. Blowers drawing proper amps. Furnaces are 2 yrs old and evap coils are 6 yrs old in good shape. Drains are clear. Outdoor units operating great. Those are 2 yrs old as well. Rinsed condenser coils.
