Tech was very honest and great to work with !! Would highly recommend
Very good company to do business with. Very fair and they do excellent work.
Customer called about their drain being clogged. I blew it out and then heard gurgling and saw underneath the system the PVC was sitting inside a 2 inch PVC P Trap. I taped the opening of the 2 inch where the primary plumbed into. System is cooling properly and draining properly. Warranty Drain Blow Out.
Dispatched myself to a no cool single system home. Arrived to find system calling for cool but they compressor and fan we’re not on. I ohmed out the compressor and the windings are open. I am leaving an estimate for a compressor, a condenser, and a complete system. Cup
Came out for cooling maintenance. Found system was low on refrigerant. Added 1pound back to the system. Found leak at the service valves it had loose valve cores I tightened the back no leakage now
Verified the leak in the evaporator coil. Left the customer with options for replacement. See pictures.
Preformed maintenance with all proper checks and cleanings. adjusted gas pressures and found filter does not fit. system is clean and working properly at this time.
checked system out and it is working properly at this time.
Zac preformed maintenance. found capacitor to be out of range but still operating. also found that i could not take off locking caps as they broke my tool for taking them off.
Today is covered under maintenance agreement trip 1 of 2 for summer check. The capacitor swelled up causing the condenser to not properly engage and start the cooling process. After capacitor replacement the system began to run normally
Performed two system cooling maintenance, replaced customer supplied air filters. Indoor equipment is still in good shape. Made homeowner aware of evaporator coil for downstairs being 3.5ton and condenser is 4ton. She will call builder to get an explanation on how to move forward. Would recommend float safety switch on the primary drain line since there is no float safety devices at all on either system. Proceeded to outdoor unit capacitors, motors, and compressors all reading within manufacture, specs, rinsed off condenser coils with water only systems are cooling at this time. Will make recommendations for SS1 float safety devices. Equipment not registered under Rusca name, according to Carrier.
After extensive test I have determined that the refrigerant is contaminated. Are the pressures in the test mode end up extremely low on the low side but OK on the head pressure. Ray will be back tomorrow to recover all refrigerant and install a new liquid line dryer and fill unit back up
Disconnect on outdoor unit was missing replaced with new indoor blower motor sucked up the filter and was attached to the coil up flow unit , cause the unit to trip off high head pressure, cold filter was blocking airflow threw the house, also back side of coil is real dirty, homeowner had filters .
Completed diagnosis, primary drain line was clogged up, tripping float safety switch. Installed drain isolater and cleared drain line. Now everything is operating properly.
Performed maintenance on heat. All safety limits, inducer draft motor, and blower motor are fine. No carbon monoxide or gas leaks detected. Attic insulation looks good. Temperature rise and gas pressure is on point. Everything is operating properly. Filter needs to be Changed out in about 2 months.
Heat performance tuneup times two systems. Advised Sharece that both filters need to be changed. Inspect blowers, evaporators and ductwork. Test all safety features high limits and roll outs. Check heat exchangers for cracks found none. Check temperature rise on both systems. Both temperature rises were high due to a dirty filter. Check thermostats for proper operations. No carbon monoxide or gas leaks detected in home. Systems operating at manufacture specs at this time.
