Your tech. Joel Sisk was dispatched to our home on an emergency basis to determine why our air conditioning stopped cooling. Our home had been previously diagnosed on Friday with the Primary issue being the coil. That tech. performed a temporary fix while awaiting the arrival of a new coil scheduled for Monday, or Tuesday repair. Our unit stopped cooling again today. We called and asked to have someone come out and do a temporary fix while awaiting the coil repair. Joel found a problem outside which was an electrical issue. He was able to quickly fix that problem and as of right now our unit is working very well. We want to commend Joel for his knowledge, his honesty and his quick response. He truly did an outstanding job and represents your company at the highest level.
