Dispatched to investigate a tam9 air handler door that has been repeatedly breaking in the same spot over and over and over. Arrived today to find the door in the same condition the previous doors have been in. I spoke with trane tech support and sent pictures via email showing the conditions that are happening. They will call me back as soon as they send the pictures to the factory in order to find out what is going on. No charge today since this is the fourth time I've been here for the same thing.
