Stand Out Technician

Emmanuel is a stand out gentleman. Despite a few miscommunication failures on his office secretaries part, Emmanuel evaluated a wine room chiller unit that was somewhat outside of his "swim lane", he still went in and diagnosed the unit to the best of his experience. He had to call to call in an associate specialist to complete the repair, he still make a concerted effort to determine the nature of the unit's failure. Emmanuel didn't just give up and move onto the next appointment. No, he went above and beyond to ensure his associate had the best information possible coming into this repair. In my experience, that's "old school" dedication you just don't see very often. I'd have him come back any day to our home. On a separate note, when I was setting up the appointment I offered to provide the receptionist with the Make, model, and photos of the malfunctioning unit. She stated she did not need it. It's my observation that was a mistake on her part that could've saved some time. Not a huge deal, just a missed opportunity to save some time.

No cool call, found coil iced and pressures low, did Leake search found leak in evaporator coil, called carrier, coil was out of warranty, tenant is just going to charge unit and bring all estimates to the landlord. Goimg to charge up with 410 to get them cooling, put 2 lbs of 410, brought sc upto 8, it is a temporary fix unit tenant and homeowner discuss future repairs Emailed estate page to customer as well as uploaded it to service titan.

Completed with no cool on a gas horizontal in attic 3 ton upstairs. Found unit with 0 refrigerant pressures and weak capacitor. Customer only interested on replacing evaporator coil but will get more bids. Left pricing.

1 system maintenance, 2021, filter recently changed by homeowner, drain pan is dry, blower amps are good, condenser is clean, capacitor is whin range, compressor amps amd fan motor amps are within range also, 18 degree split, unit is cooling at this time

Customer called and said that their unit wasn’t cooling below 78. I put gauges on and saw that the system was low on refrigerant. I added 2 lbs of R410-A and now system is cooling properly.

Arrived for filter change, customer mentioned it wasn't cooling as well, found filters extremely dirty, changed them out, should improve air flow and cooling

Customer called because thermostat shut off. I arrived and checked the Float switch. There was some water in it. I leveled the coil a little bit, but both systems have the SS1 on their secondary coil port. I informed customer that I will return tomorrow morning to fix the drains by moving the SS1 to the primary.

Dispatch to investigate what's been going on with the new condenser we recently installed. Paul and I arrived and he resecured the control board in the attic. Verified the refrigerant charge is an 8° subcool. Tory brought to our attention the secondary leaking out the soffit area. Cleared primary drain. No charge for that today.
