Emmanuel is a stand out gentleman. Despite a few miscommunication failures on his office secretaries part, Emmanuel evaluated a wine room chiller unit that was somewhat outside of his "swim lane", he still went in and diagnosed the unit to the best of his experience. He had to call to call in an associate specialist to complete the repair, he still make a concerted effort to determine the nature of the unit's failure. Emmanuel didn't just give up and move onto the next appointment. No, he went above and beyond to ensure his associate had the best information possible coming into this repair. In my experience, that's "old school" dedication you just don't see very often. I'd have him come back any day to our home. On a separate note, when I was setting up the appointment I offered to provide the receptionist with the Make, model, and photos of the malfunctioning unit. She stated she did not need it. It's my observation that was a mistake on her part that could've saved some time. Not a huge deal, just a missed opportunity to save some time.

Install 4 ton full York Gas system. 10,10,7,6,9,6,6,9,7,9,9, Return 14,14,9
Did maintenance on three AC units. Indoor units: checked blower motors, blower motor capacitors, blew out condensation lines, checked, duck work, checked, attic insulation, checked all electrical. Older units did not have safety shut off some condensation lines, or quick blast valves. Also suggest doing a duck cleaning on the whole house.there was a lot of dust from previous construction. Outdoor units: Serviced three condensing units, checked pressures, cleaned coils, checked capacitors, checked contractors, checked all electrical. Recommended : Duct cleaning throughout, replace capacitor on second small R22 blower motor, install safety floats on all three units. Install quickblasts on all three units.
Completed with no cool on a 2008 trane gas horizontal in attic 4 ton for upstairs r22, found bad dual run capacitor, condenser fan motor leaking oil, rusted secondary drain pan, after installing new capacitor compressor didn't came on, sprayed water for about 20 minutes to cool or down but compresor still didn't came on, giving the option to leave capacitor on and hope compressor comes on or doing ac combo replacement or complete due to being r22 unit.
Arrived 2 system maintenance found downstairs unit ptrap clogged, replaced and blew out drains line. Pressures were good on both systems capacitor on downstairs unit was out of spec replaced it with mew, both units cooling at this time.
Performed 2 system maintenance, checked indoor furnace for blower motor amps, and made sure drain line is clear and drain pan is dry. Checked outdoor condensers, clean, pressures are good, would recommend changing capacitor on both units 70mfd and a 70/7.5 mfd. Both capacitors are reading out of manufacturing specs.
Dispatched for a no cool upstairs unit. Arrived to find system running but not cooling properly. Outdoor unit was cycling on and off due to lack of refrigerant. I leak searched and my sniffer detected a refrigerant leak. Matt had the coil replaced in 2022 and is trying to get the company to replace it under warranty. System is a 5 ton horizontal application in the attic. Downstairs is 22 years old but is still cooling. Upstairs is 14 years old. I am leaving an estimate for relocating master thermostat. Also leaving an estimate for adding a supply and return to the upstairs Storage above the garage. Storage room is foamed in.
Came for maintenance 2 system, both units workimg correctly, amps are good as well as pressures, upstairs unit drain line is clogged, ran out of nitrogen, and wrong sensor to be replaced, will come back tomorrow to remedy.
Added easy start kit for 5 ton compressor to relieve torque. Noise gone
Arrived to do 2 sys maintenance, found small clog in drain line on ac1, cleared it and flowing good. Amps on blower motor are good at this time. pressures are good at this time, amps on compressor and fan motor are good at this time, cap was reading low mfd, changed it out with a new universal cap, 5yr warranty. Unit cooling good at this time Ac2 drain is clear, amps on blower motor are good, checked pressures they are good at this time, amps on compressor was okay, fan motor amps are slightly high, cap was running low mfd, changed it out with a universal cap, 5yr warranty, unit is cooling at this time. Also leveled unit out with pads due to erosion.
Arrived at customers house, showed power fault on tstat, checked power on indoor unit, low voltage is fine, low voltage at tstat also good, rebooted everything, seems to be working fine at this time
