Stand Out Technician

Emmanuel is a stand out gentleman. Despite a few miscommunication failures on his office secretaries part, Emmanuel evaluated a wine room chiller unit that was somewhat outside of his "swim lane", he still went in and diagnosed the unit to the best of his experience. He had to call to call in an associate specialist to complete the repair, he still make a concerted effort to determine the nature of the unit's failure. Emmanuel didn't just give up and move onto the next appointment. No, he went above and beyond to ensure his associate had the best information possible coming into this repair. In my experience, that's "old school" dedication you just don't see very often. I'd have him come back any day to our home. On a separate note, when I was setting up the appointment I offered to provide the receptionist with the Make, model, and photos of the malfunctioning unit. She stated she did not need it. It's my observation that was a mistake on her part that could've saved some time. Not a huge deal, just a missed opportunity to save some time.

Came for maintenance 2 system, both units workimg correctly, amps are good as well as pressures, upstairs unit drain line is clogged, ran out of nitrogen, and wrong sensor to be replaced, will come back tomorrow to remedy.

Arrived to do 2 sys maintenance, found small clog in drain line on ac1, cleared it and flowing good. Amps on blower motor are good at this time. pressures are good at this time, amps on compressor and fan motor are good at this time, cap was reading low mfd, changed it out with a new universal cap, 5yr warranty. Unit cooling good at this time Ac2 drain is clear, amps on blower motor are good, checked pressures they are good at this time, amps on compressor was okay, fan motor amps are slightly high, cap was running low mfd, changed it out with a universal cap, 5yr warranty, unit is cooling at this time. Also leveled unit out with pads due to erosion.

Performed two system estimate. 2 ton for master bedroom system and 5 ton system for Main. Homeowner is looking to have both xl17i systems installed in between a trip and incoming family before 4th July. Third week of June. Gave price for veterans and pay via check.

Dispatched to take pictures and make repairs to the flue pipe area of the attic. Used a multi-tool and removed plywood 1 in or more away. Documented data plate and circuit breaker in disconnect outside. Rodents chewed through the suction line temperature sensor which is causing an error code 67.06 on the thermostat. We will order part and bring it back on the annual maintenance. Trane does not cover rodent damage. So part and labor will be cod on maintenance

Completed with ac 2 on 2015 carrier heat pumps horizontal in attic, 3.5 ton main downstairs and 2.5 ton upstairs. Both cooling properly at this time of check up. Upstairs compressor pulling 11 amps out of 14.1, both fan motors showing wear. Also downstairs thermostat is partially working, gave customer the option to replace it. Customer will replace it himself.

Came out for airflow concern. After interviewing the customer they want to add a duct into closet area where electronics vital to the business are and have overheated in the past. Also customer had concern about a room that has 2 returns and wanted to move one of the returns and add it to the office next door that doesn't have a return. In addition there is also a duct from the return that's just laying in the attic pulling in attic air. With that duct we can add it to the meeting room. Also I calculated all supply duct work and it is inadequate. Adding a 9 inch duct to the meeting room and a 7 inch duct to the closet space with all the electronics in that space will make the duct work adequate for a 4 ton system. I built a quote to reflect all of the work that needs to be done
