Ac maintenance: unit is operating within manufacture spec. Noticed unit had some bacterial growth so I installed a uv kit to help problem. Home owner sent blue prints to my email for the addition that they are building. I will send prints to owner so he can figure out the cooling and heating load. Cannot give a proper estimate until we know what size units to install.
