Ac maintenance on both systems. Main level unit all cleaned out and installed new air filters. Upstairs system cleaned. Outdoor fan motor is running poorly and causing stress on the compressor. Will be coming back to install new. Average life of these systems is 10-15 years. Current age is 14 years old.
