Completed prepaid AC maintenance. System is in good condition though condenser coil is quite dirty. Recommend cleaning the condenser coil to ensure proper summer operation. Also discussed dryer vent cleaning and maintenance renewal. Details in email, will follow up on Thursday to discuss further.
