I am completely livid with this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! They are refusing to come back after we are experiences issues with the connection to our mini-split. Apparently there is a note on our account (after we paid them thousands of dollars, upwards of $16K for the electric box/rewire/HVAC work). They claim I was unreasonable to work with. What!!!? HOW DARE YOU?!! I was kind to all the workers, offered them water, asked how they were doing. I never even spoke to them otherwise. My husband tried to help them by contacting the manufacturer multiple times about the problem they were having with connecting our mini-split.....the worker came 3 times, only to realize it was simply he needed to open the valve !! Yes. Thats all. And now somehow they are claiming we were a problem, and don't want to support us anymore. WOW. Stay away from them. So disappointing a licensed contractor would make such false claims about a good paying customer. What I think happened was the worker that did not know what he was doing, had to come back 3 times, wrote negative LIES about us on his report to make himself look good. Putting the blame of his inadequacies in the install on us. SHAME ON YOU!!!

It’s late afternoon during a crushing heat spell and water’s dripping from an AC line in the ceiling. Accurate called Marcial going home in traffic and he made it by. Over several calls for both my daughter and I, he has made the effort to find out what the problem really is. He’s a great guy and they’re a great service.

This company charged me way over the top . They came and fixed the problem in 2 hours and charged me $460 for 2 hours work . I called there and to explain how I was over charged and the office manger never even bothered to call me back. Sure they fixed it but $460 dollars for 2 hours work is way out of line and I would never use them again . I expect to be charged a fair rate and at least a chance to speak to someone o have then explain why there work is worth $230 a hour
