I scheduled time with representative for cost estimate of updating electrical panel even though I was less than happy about $75 cost for estimate. The representative was knowledgeable and informative and spent adequate time to explain the process. I thought the cost he gave was high and requested a written estimate via e-mail so I could compare to other estimates, but never received one. I did receive two satisfaction surveys; possibly one was sent in error and should have been the requested estimate. I did not schedule further service.

We do charge a $59 dispatch fee when we send out one of our state certified, licensed, background checked, and randomly drug-tested technicians. This charge is completely waived once any work is performed. Our estimates are based on an up-front pricing policy and include the cost of all labor and materials so there are never any surprise costs passed on to you. Each technician arrives in a fully stocked truck, ready to complete the work for you right there on the spot so there is no additional return fee. We would love the opportunity to work with you on this estimate, or any other service needs you may have for us. Client satisfaction is important to us and we would be grateful for the opportunity to bring that level of satisfaction to you too.
