I chose advanced concepts because of a prior experience with the technician, George. He is polite, incredibly respectful, honest, calm & dependable. He is the reason I trust this company to service my oil furnace. He spent extra time to explain the benefits of a service contact, which I hadn't originally planned to purchase as my furnace is a year old and under warranty. Because of him, I chose to pay a significantly higher price for a contract than is available with other companies - but I trust George and only want him to service my furnace. I have had other cheaper competitors service it; none compare to his thorough cleaning, capable repairs that LAST and honesty.
