Customer called about water source heat pump not heating at times. Master service technician checked operation of system and cleaned water strainer. Strainer was found partially clogged. Recommend building maintenance should try to boost pressures and flow to this floor. Changed aux temperature sensor setting from 35 to 40 degrees. Problem resolved.

Residential Solutions Manager went and recommended Carrier steam humidifier and Air Knight UV light system to increase humidity for respiratory health and clean the air. Customer called for service on first floor thermostat. Upon arrival, technician found thermostat blank with no power. Door switch not operating properly. Switch was rewired and reset. Problem fully resolved.

Customer called for winter preventive maintenance. Master service technician replaced electronic air filters, humidifier panel and checked electrical connections for blower. Cleaned blower wheel and compressor. After completion of preventive maintenance, system running well. Will highly recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling.

Customer called due to no heat. Residential solutions manager went to home and provided a loaner portable heater. Service technician then went and found that hot surface igniter switch was bad. Gas furnace and air conditioning system, along with coil are all very aged. Service tech replaced igniter switch and system now runs. Recommend replacement with Goodman gas furnace, air conditioner, coil and Honeywell 4000 programmable thermostat. Home owner will advise on decision. Customer provided excellent service call feedback.

Customer called due to no heat using water source heat pump connected to roof water loop system. Service technician determined vertical in-ceiling 2 ton water source heat pump and back up heater needed replacing. Installation complete. Customer very happy and educated that it is very important to have a strainer installed to prevent closed loop sludge cogs for condominiums using roof top water tower loops. Also, inner loop temperature sensor installed to prevent backup aux electric heater from coming on accept in extreme cold weather conditions. Will recommend to all her friends in Henderson's Warf.

Customer in Silo Condominiums on high floor requested preventative maintenance for three existing heat pump systems. Preventative maintenance was performed and master service technician also installed three carrier steam humidifiers, one each per system in home. Customer stated air is very dry and wanted to have the extra humidity. Installation was completed and customer extremely happy with quality of workmanship, professionalism, as well as the end result of greater humidity. Customer will recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling to everyone in his building.

Customer called about no heat from gas fired boiler. Master service technician arrived and found boiler locked out on error E-28, blower not running. Verified high voltage power to blower and tested blower, it will not run. Customer approved replacement of blower. Obtained new draft blower and auto vent for water heater from supply house. Replaced draft blower, tested boiler, operation good. Verified heating loop is heating up and fan coil units are heating. Replaced water heater auto vent. Recommend boiler have seasonal maintenance performed. Customer will recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling to all of his friends and family.

Customer has in-ceiling vertical geothermal water source heat pump connected to building loop. Unit is dead and customer has no heat. New Climate Master water source geothermal heat pump installed with backup 10 kilowatt electric heat module. New water furnace thermostat installed. Startup procedure completed. New geothermal system works perfectly. Customer gives 5 star rating and will tell everyone in her building about Advanced Heating & Cooling.

Customer called for service and diagnosis for leak in hot water heater pan. Service technician diagnosed that hot water tank heat needs to be replaced due to age and under performance, as well as leaky drain valve. Customer was presented and approved proposal to replace. Installed Whirlpool 40 gallon water heater. Problem totally resolved. Customer very happy with service and quality of workmanship. Customer provided excellent rating.

Customer called for service because she hears a clicking noise in hepa-filter. Service technician ran diagnostics and found that hepa-filter needs service. Filters changed and ran diagnostics on filter motor and provided tune up. Hepa-Filter working well now. Customer very happy with results. Will recommend.

Customer will purchase infinity 18 SEER infinity 3 ton air conditioner, new indoor air handler and infinity touch screen wifi enabled thermostat. Customer also purchasing additional humidifier for total home. Customer very satisfied with installation and quality of technician experience. Will recommend.
