Furnace went out. Called Jeff on a Saturday and he returned my call same day, even triaged with me over the phone. He came the next day (per my request) and did a mini tune-up in addition to diagnosing and changing the parts, all-the-while educating myself on the components, pieces, and having a genuinely good conversation. If you want an old-school local service guy experience Jeff is your guy. I will be using them for any future needs.
