I purchase the furnace/air conditioner maintenance program every year. I love that I get the same service man every 6 months, as Jeff has gotten to really know my furnace, and it’s individual quirks at its age. And Jeff is a delight to have in my home! He is professional, timely, warm and personable. I have learned to trust his suggestions. He problem solves quickly and is always spot on!
