The appointment was easy to make, they don't require a window of time, but an appointment :), and Greg showed up on time. Both the person on the phone and the tech were polite, friendly, easy to work with and understand and efficient. There were no hidden fees or additional charges. I found Affordable heating to be somewhat of a sales pitch company. The tech that initially showed up, shut my gas off and told me I needed to replace the furnance and ac. I had a second opinion (I had to pay them $85 for a service call) and that company couldn't find the issues that Affordable's tech said. Affordable came back and confirmed the furnace did not need to be replaced. So I have now paid $300 (that is not affordable to me). I asked Affordable to reimburse me the $85 because their tech told me false ingo. This was in the summer and I have yet to talk to the owner. I called at least 3 times and was told "I haven't talked to him, he'll call you" or some other excuse. So I waited til now to write the review to give them time to get back to me. Afforable? You can decide yourself.
