Couldn't provide 5-star rating given that I had set up a 10AM appointment. I left work and was home at 10AM. Nobody showed up after 45-minutes I went back to work. I spoke to Tim about future appointments maybe need to be call when on the way. Temperature inside the house was 65-degrees on a windy cold day when we arrived home for lunch. Wife was not happy. Heat was turned on and it soon warmed up.

We apologize that our dispatcher did not notify you that Tim was running late. His previous call took longer than expected. You should have been notified. We will review the process again with our dispatcher in this regard. We also regret that the house was not as warm as you would have liked it when you returned home. It is impossible for us to know where customers want their t-stat set. We don't want to waste their money by setting it too high when they are not home.
