Service Ticket Issue: Ductless unit showing signs of condensate leak. Comfort Technician Report: Condensate pump is working. Cleaned filters and suctioned the drain line (nothing came out). Noticed a drip from behind the unit, pulled it off the wall and found the joint to be leaking between condensate lines. Cleaned up and securely reconnected lines, tested out by pouring over a gallon of water no leaks. System cooling at departure.
