I had never used Air Experts but they responded to my earnest plea to help so pleasantly. The repair person Kyle came on Sunday am did the work and explained it in detail I could understand, and showed me the damaged parts. It took about an hour for the whole process. Their was no up charge for it being the weekend. I was very impressed with Kyle's knowledge and presentation so I asked for a maintenance plan. I would encourage anyone to use this firm.
