After talking with Drew, we deciding to replace both units (Furnace and AC). Both were 16 years old. One was out, and the other one, although still working, had us worried. There wasn’t a hard sell, but an open conversation that helped us make a decision. The installation team was clean and did not needlessly leave the doors open. The first unit was installed on Thursday. Thursday night we had no AC. It took a few hours but service (Kyle) came out and fixed the problem. Friday, the second unit was installed. Friday evening we had no AC. Drew came out and fixed the issue in the pouring rain. Saturday, we had no AC again. Drew came out in a torrential downpour, with lightning and thunder threating to hit the house. Drew worked for hours trying to clean out the drain line clogged from the old unit. He was about to give up, but was determined to fix the issue for my wife, as she was having company on Sunday. One last time he braved the lightning and downpour. When he came inside there was a huge smile of satisfaction, along with messed up clothes. The clogged drain burst all over him when it cleared. The bottom line came down to the determination of Air Experts to ensure we did not regret our decision. The installation was not flawless, but the thing we were concerned about was service. A follow phone call, determined service representatives to keep us comfortable and satisfied put Air Experts above any company with have dealt with in many years.
From the first phone call, communication was awesome. Technician arrived exactly when he said he would. Very knowledgeable about his business. He made sure I understood exactly what the problem was.
Air experts came out to repair some damage ductwork in my crawlspace today. The technician Kyle was very well-informed, precise and efficient in completing the work. I also very much appreciated his honesty.
I am a neophyte from a mechanical standpoint as to how my A/C system should look and work. I like to watch as workmen do their jobs. Drew explained as he went along doing the service. From the time I called for service I was treated with so much respect. The lady that answered the phone displayed excellent customer service. Bobby came to my home promptly and advised me with the best advice as it pertained to my unit. He did the necessary work and was kind and friendly.
While the proof will be in the pudding (will the fix last?), Air Experts did a great job responding promptly to a faulty motor. They drove through snow and ice to diagnose the problem immediately. The technician then ordered the part and had it successfully installed in less than 48 hours. Since it was under warranty, there was no charge.
The 'expert' in Air Experts is just that! When the group that actually installed the unit couldn't get it working properly, Bobby Hewett nailed it. At the point Air Experts addressed the problem, the other group had already proven how inept they were on about four separate occasions.
I was really impressed with the way Air Experts handled our AC outage. They were very informative, fixing the problem then suggesting how to avoid further problems.

No cooling call for diagnostic found a bad dual run capacitor in the outdoor unit replace. performed further testing did not fined any other issues with the system, system is now cooling.
No/poor cooling on the 1st floor unit perform diagnostic found issues we went over them with the homeowner homeowner decided to speak with a project manager on equipment replaced system is cooling at this time.
Two system cooling tune up all is well and units ready for summer weather.
