After talking with Drew, we deciding to replace both units (Furnace and AC). Both were 16 years old. One was out, and the other one, although still working, had us worried. There wasn’t a hard sell, but an open conversation that helped us make a decision. The installation team was clean and did not needlessly leave the doors open. The first unit was installed on Thursday. Thursday night we had no AC. It took a few hours but service (Kyle) came out and fixed the problem. Friday, the second unit was installed. Friday evening we had no AC. Drew came out and fixed the issue in the pouring rain. Saturday, we had no AC again. Drew came out in a torrential downpour, with lightning and thunder threating to hit the house. Drew worked for hours trying to clean out the drain line clogged from the old unit. He was about to give up, but was determined to fix the issue for my wife, as she was having company on Sunday. One last time he braved the lightning and downpour. When he came inside there was a huge smile of satisfaction, along with messed up clothes. The clogged drain burst all over him when it cleared. The bottom line came down to the determination of Air Experts to ensure we did not regret our decision. The installation was not flawless, but the thing we were concerned about was service.
