Summertime HVAC Maintenance performed for a residential customer near Tokalon Park. 20x25x4, 20x24x1 are the filter sizes. System preventative maintenance performed. Fan motor Capacitor, as well as the dual run capacitor, were found out of spec in the downstairs unit. Fan motor capacitor was replaced and an estimate has been sent for the dual run capacitor replacement. Both systems are operational and ready for the summer
