Noah R was on time, he thoroughly explained his entire inspection plan and time required.He also explained the need for an SMC part on the upstairs furnace and the cost was reasonable. And we talked briefly about the 10 year age of both systems and some expectations about the future of my systems. Noah R was very knowledgeable, amicable, and he did a very thorough job! I would rate him A+ !
