I have an usual setup at my condo. I have a pancake air handler & condenser 4 stories up, on the roof. I have needed service almost every year for my air conditioning. However, this was my first experience with Air Tech. Mark systematically was able to eliminate the possible causes and once we got to the root it, the fix only took 30 minutes. It was not an easy effort, but Mark would not give up on finding a solution & for that I am very grateful.
