Alec showed up and put on booties to cover his shoes before coming in to our home. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. In my opinion he performed a thorough maintenance on our old AC unit, much better than other AC services I have had in the past.. Answered all my questions and concerns. Great job, thank you.
