I had been dealing with my AC issues since I purchase this house 5 years ago. You guys sent out Jason to asses the situation. This guy is all about the customer and getting the job done right! Jason is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in making sure I understood everything wrong with my system. He quickly diagnosed, what 4 or 5 other hvac companies over 5 years failed to do with my system. He thoroughly explained all available options and went above and beyond on ensuring I was completely satisfied with my new system. I couldn’t ask for better service with a purchase like this. I think the only other time I’ve been completely pleased with such service and care is when I purchased my car. 🙂. Jason is an excellent technician and valuable asset to Airmax in my opinion.
