From start to finish, my experience with Airmax has been nothing short of amazing! Once I put the 'request for service' in with American Home Shield, I quickly received a confirmation email and then almost simultaneously, a call to schedule service directly from Airmax. Everyone has been so professional and kind - from the gals on the phone, to Jerry, the tech that was dispatched. The reminder text messages were great and greatly appreciated. Once Jerry arrived, he quickly identified and resolved the problem. AMAZING service company! I will definitely refer family and friends, should a need ever arise. And, I'll be leaving a favorable review about Airmax/Jerry on Nextdoor. Thank you!
