Inspection was extremely detailed, but failure to differentiate between what was need and what could be needed someday. My fully functional system was noted to have multiple items that needed replacement because they would fail "someday". Wouldn't clear my operating system as functional as needed for home inspection unless I did those repairs. Quote was over $1400! Priced the parts myself and cost was less than $60! Pushed long term care over what I hired Air Now to do.
