I called AirNow at approx. 10pm and Landen F. called back in just a few minutes and said he would be here in less than an hour. Landen arrived and greeted me and my dog, he remembered us from our service membership checkup, he then went outside and came back in within 5 minutes and said “That’s got it” he said the part was under warranty and if we had any more trouble to please call. He is a very nice young man and very knowledgeable.
