My wife and I have been calling on air now for five or six years . This is the only tech home has ever taken the time to fully explain everything to us . Unfortunately we have now paid thousands of dollars out on repairs that were not necessary or needed in our opinion however it is not this technicians fault that it happened because he is the only person that went beyond the call of duty to make sure we fully understood what is going on today - we are now waiting on air now for a resolution as we have a guest coming from out of town this weekend - it will be unfortunate to have a hot house during a graduation
