My unit was completely out upstairs. I called AirNow and within an hour Shane the technician was at my front door! He found the problem immediately and fixed the upstairs unit! I am so thankful to have a membership with AirNow! They make sure I have my yearly filters to change out each month and whenI have a problem they are here at the drop of a hat! Incredible Service!!!
