A tornado took out the power line running to my house. When power was restored three days later the heat pump would only put out hot air. It seems an apparent power surge blew out the heat pump thermostat. Within 20 minutes of calling AirNow, Landen French pulled up, diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermostat, and waited for the system to start cooling. Landen provided fast and friendly service.
