The people at Airrow were good to work with, both in the store and when installing at our house. Everyone we delt with was curtious and knowledgable about the product. This being the second unit I've purchased I know any problems or questions that come up they take care of. Wish we'd of been dealing with Airrow when our original heat system was installed.
