I initially contacted Airrow because they are a preferred contractor with NW Natural. It was easy to schedule everything through their front office. Dave, the estimator, explained everything clearly and thoroughly during his visit such that when we received the quote, there were no surprises. Airrow scheduled the installation promptly according to our availability. Curtis and Jay, the installers, arrived at the scheduled time and worked efficiently, taking time to explain what they were doing as they went. Upon completion of the job, Curtis walked us through all of their work and the new products installed. I was extremely pleased with the Airrow team and their customer service!

Curtis was as good and I smaller I have worked with. I deal with hvac stuff units and water heaters in 150 commercial tenant spaces. Curtis is as good as anybtech I have ever had do work for me.

We are so happy with the installation of our new heating system. The young men who did the work were professional, very polite, conscientious, & did such great work. Was surprised to find entire installation of new heat pump system and 3 air handlers inside house with electrical wiring done completely within one day. Guys were efficient and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain system and answer questions. Worked with our schedule to find installation date and conditions that worked for all of us. Great group of people to work with.
