No cool. Brand new 4 ton Goodman coil and condenser we installed 7/31/23. Customer was complaining of low air flow since installation and unit would not get below 80°. Upon arrival I found the compressor and the Evap coil partially frozen. Checked refrigerant pressures, amp draws, blower speed, and blower cap. Determined there is an airflow issue with the system but unable to determine where the cause is. Will submit install issue form to have install come out and inspect duct connection as well as the underside of the coil to make sure there is no blockage.
