Spring maintenance performed on Trane RTU heat pump. Checked electrical and mechanical components, recorded refrigerant readings, and measured temperature split. Recommended replacement of the condenser fan motor and the electric heater contactor due to evident wear on these components. No other discrepancies noted and maintenance is completed.
