The technician, Daniel Honeycutt, was courteous and efficient. He serviced our HVAC unit with great attention to all the details and solved the problem of not receiving cold air from the unit into the house. Turn water off at main shut off remove handle / moan cartridge. Install new cartridge re install handle and test equipment. Turned water removed and install new moan cartridge. Tested for leaks
This is an estimate to replace a 40 gallon electric water heater through Home Depot. Estimate is a Plumbing by Jake supplied water heater and includes installation, and 1 year installation warranty through Plumbing by Jake. Drained / removed ex40 gallon water heater, installed new 6 year electric water heater with code up grades. Tested for leaks performed a whole home plumbing maintenance while on site sold more work. Please schedule for Thursday as the only day there available. Customer happy
Arrived on site and inspected customer installed tankless. Rinnai tankless Checked diagnostics and came back with error codes indicating incoming gas pressure issue. Inspected propane tank, customer has 3/8” regulator for camp stove on a 100 gallon propane tank. Incoming gas pressure not high enough to operate unit. Spoke with customer about findings. Customer did not want estimate. Customer would like to fix himself. Collected dispatch fee and departed. Customer satisfied with todays service.
Customer has a leak from the compression fato angle stop and wants it replaced.Cut 1/2” copper water line approximately 1/2” put in 5/8”x3/8” compression angle stop tightened up and water is no longer leaking.
Upon inspection could not find issue or noise with system. Based on customer description of issue it is very likely the system went into defrost and stopped condenser fan motor and kept compressor running to defrost coils. Informed customer of defrost mode operations. Tested system operations and everything is working well at this time. System is 6 years old and is working well. Upon further inspection found capacitor for condenser fan motor is starting to weaken and recommended replacement. Gave estimate for repair and approved on site.
Wall heater- determined that spark electrodes were obstructed. Removed electrodes and made sure everything is clear. Reassembled and tested heater operation. Uni5 working properly. Bathroom ventless space heater is not serviceable and would probably be more expensive to repair than replace.
Arrived on site to perform heating maintenance on Lennox Split heat pump system. Cleaned filter and set thermostat into heating. Went to unit under home and checked temperature rise and blower amps. Disconnected power and checked blower assembly, evaporator coil, drain pan, drain line, and all electrical connections. Set thermostat into cooling and went to condenser. Checked refrigerant pressures and amp draws for CFM and compressor. Also checked all electrical connections and CFM condition. No issues found during maintenance. All work is complete
Arrived on site. Gave the customer multiple estimates for whole house filtration. Customer would like time to consider his options. Customer satisfied with today’s service.
Arrived on site to perform cooling maintenance on 14 year old Lennox rooftop package unit. Went onto roof and disconnected power. Removed all panels. Checked all electrical connections. Checked conditions of CFM and blower. Checked evap coil and drain line and drain pan. Checked capacitor readings for CFM and compressor blower. Capacitor for compressor was very low, customer approved replacement. Reconnected power and checked amp draws for CFM and compressor and blower. Checked refrigerant levels. Checked temperature split. CFM bearing are going out. Quoted replacement price to customer but he is not interested at this time. All work is complete
Maintenance completed. New unit. High efficiency unit, no capacitors. No issues found. All electrical and pressure components are in good working condition. Units is running good as of now. Customer wants to wait to renew. She was recently In an accident and is currently healing from brain injuries. Will renew the month of expiration.
