This is an estimate to replace a 40 gallon electric water heater through Home Depot. Estimate is a Plumbing by Jake supplied water heater and includes installation, and 1 year installation warranty through Plumbing by Jake. Drained / removed ex40 gallon water heater, installed new 6 year electric water heater with code up grades. Tested for leaks performed a whole home plumbing maintenance while on site sold more work.
