Please email invoice to jrbspi@icloud.com Arrived on site, spoke to customer about any concerns they may have/customer stated that they would like a programmable thermostat, perform spring maintenance on two HVAC split systems and one mini split, checked amp draw‘s on all motors, checked all capacitors, checked all electrical work, checked refrigerant, check temperature splits, and cleaned outdoor coil‘s on all three. Installed two new thermostats add checked for proper operation. Unit is functioning properly at this time. Suggest replacement due to the units being 18 years old and runs on R22. Work is complete.
