Arrived on site. Checked in with management. Inspected ice machine. Found ice machine cycling long harvest cycles. Replaced ice thickness sensor provided by management. Cycled system into freeze mode. Checked temperatures across hot gas bypass valve. Found hot gas valve bleeding refrigerant through. Checked pressures. Pressures are within range. System is cycling properly at this time. Hot gas bypass valve will need to be replaced. Ice is unable to freeze completely at this time. Quotes will follow.
