Arrived on site and called Todd. Explained where key to site was located. Entered building using key to find Mitsubishi system with 5 heads. 4 turned on to different rooms but #1 turned off. Used thermostat to set system to cooling. System fan ran but no cooling. All other heads operating correctly. Opened system by removing power and cover and found system is coated inside with mouse excrement and urine. Large amounts of exposed insulation and wiring harness chewed. Highly recommend replacement of system as entire harness would need to be replaced, sensors, motor, eev, and boards as a start. Would cost more to repair system than it would for replacement. Not including labor to completely dissemble unit for chemical cleaning. Spoke to Todd about problems and system replacement option. Todd was interested in replacement of mini split head number 1.
