This estimate is to install a customer supplied 40 gallon propane water heater. On all customer supplied jobs, Plumbing by Jake will provide a warranty on workmanship/ labor only. Work done: Arrived on site and located old water heater. Confirmed that new water heated will fit water heater cabinet. Turned off propane, removed old supply lines, removed old gas line, drained water heater and then removed old water heater. Shark bit to existing hot and cold water 3/4 water lines and soldered in new cooper hot and cold lines. Installed propane conversation kit on water heater and then installed it into the water heater cabinet. Lit pilot. Everything is in working order.
