Need to reschedule due to wrong orifices orders. Parts needed are for LP furnaces, received natural gas orifices. Postponing cleaning until furnace can be tested with correct parts. Second parts order sheet has been submitted. Arrived with correct conversion kits. Changed all orifaces for main burner rails as well as pilots. Cleaned sensors and safety's. Attempted to set all gas pressures but found very low pressures leaving valves. Checked incoming pressure to find only 3 in water column. Verified all gas shut offs outside building to be open. Propane tank on site found to be empty. Will need to return to properly set all gas valves and pilot rails when tank can be filled. All work complete for today. Completed adjusted gas pressures and pilot pressures with propane on site. Test fired all systems without issue. Left all systems running via thermostats.
