Arrived on site and checked in with manager. States front dining area has a hard time cooling. Inspected thermostats to find everything locked out from any adjustments. Looking up thermostat online shows thermostats can only be adjusted remotely via a web app which tech has no access too. Went to roof to find all units satisfied at thermostat and remote sensors. Tested all units finding correct power. Ran each unit in cooling and fan only mode to verify system operations. Went back to thermostats to find cooling setpoint at 78 degrees and heating at 68 degrees. This means the cooling will no turn on unit space has hit 78 degrees and maintain that temperature. This higher space temp is likely why customer has called but these can only be adjusted by carls junior or other party. This is not a go back or any sort of install issue from ambient edge. Recommend customer contact whoever installed these thermostats to make proper setpoint adjustments. Alll work is complete.
