Arrived on site, inspected customer kitchen sink fixture and bathtub fixture cleaned out sediment and partial flow was restored but it wasn’t flowing compared to cold water flow, inspected existing tankless and it is completely undersized for current application, also a lot of sediment build up around all fixtures, also customer had portion of drain line with belly due to not having straps, built sufficient quotes afte cleaning out fixtures for time being, customer requested emailed bids so he can send to realtor due to selling home soon, need office to call and collect service fee for today as home has no cell phone service on site to complete card payment customer aware and is waiting phone call
